All Cancellations/Amendments should he made within the period indicated to the Customer /Travel Agent. During certain periods like Trade fairs, high season, special events, etc.

Cancellations /Amendments Rule will vary as per the guidelines informed in written /verbally to the Customer/ Travel Agent.

Cancellation & No Show Procedure
Following is Cancellation procedure for Hotel Accommodation, Packages & Eurail applicable for various destinations.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. USA - All hotel bookings should be cancelled / amended 72 hours prior to the check-in, unless specified at the time of booking. Minimum one night cancellation charge or 15% of the total booking or per hotel per room or whichever is higher will be levied. In case of special events, Major trade fairs, 100% cancellation charges applicable. However, for Packages, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  2. EUROPE - All hotel bookings should be cancelled / amended 48 hours prior to the check in, unless specified at the time of booking. Minimum one night cancellation charge or 15% of the total booking or per hotel per room, or whichever is higher will be levied. In case of special events, Major trade fairs, 100% cancellation charges applicable.
    However, for Packages, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  3. FAR EAST - All Hotel bookings should be cancelled / amended 72 hours prior to the check in, unless specified at the time of booking. Minimum one night cancellation charge or 15% of the total booking or per hotel per room, whichever is higher will be levied. In case of special events, Major trade fairs, 100% cancellation charges applicable.
    However, for Packages, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  4. SOUTH AFRICA & MAURITIUS - All Hotel bookings should be cancelled / amended 72 hours prior to the check in, unless specified at the time of booking. Minimum one night cancellation charge or 15% of the total booking or per hotel per room, whichever is higher will be levied. In case of special events, Major trade fairs, 100% cancellation charges applicable.
    However, for Packages, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable
  5. AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND - All Hotel bookings should be cancelled / amended 72 hours prior to the check in date, unless specified at the time of booking. Minimum one night cancellation charge or 15% of the total booking or per hotel per room, whichever is higher will be levied. In case of special events, Major trade fairs, 100% cancellation charges applicable.

However, for Packages, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.

RAIL EUROPE CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. A 15% cancellation policy applies to totally UNUSED PASSES returned within 6 months of issuing date.
  2. These Passes are not refundable and cannot be replaced if LOST, STOLEN OR PARTIALLY USED.
  3. Cancellation Policy varies for sector tickets.
  4. Please check cancellation policy at the time of Inquiry / Booking of Sector tickets

For any Cancellations /Amendments after the travel commences, kindly contact the Hotel / Our Principal as indicated on the voucher.

All Cancellations /Amendments must be done through our office in India. During Weekend / Public Holiday, it must be done directly with the hotel, with a copy to us.

In case any change is effected, please obtain written confirmation from the Hotel / Our Principal that no charges will be levied for the amendment or short stay. This is mandatory in case of refund claims

All refunds will be processed in Indian rupees. A cheque will be issued after getting written credit approval from our Principals. This could take minimum 60 days from the date of receipt of all documents from the client.

Amigo Travels (P) Ltd. acts as an agent only on behalf of the passenger for all services offered & does not own or manage any hotel or transport vehicle. Hence Amigo Travels (P) Ltd. is not liable for any liability of injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or irregularity caused by a defect in any vehicle or through acts of defaults of any company vehicle or any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements or damage resulting from acts of danger, accidents of the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicle or acts of governmental authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or charges including any extra expense which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the for going causes.

We are also not responsible for the delay or deficiency in services provided by any agency, transport, hotel or any provider of services, and /or which may result in injury, damage to the life/limb/property of the client / of interfere with enjoying or availing the following and / or the other services provided on the tour.
